- It's Baaaaccccck!!! The Eating contest, sponsored by Ruffner Porterfield Funeral Directors and Cremation Services, Ltd. will take place on Saturday of the Fest. Eat as many bologna sandwiches as you can in 5 minutes...simple, right???

- Fancy yourself a cook...chef...or a dabbler in the kitchen? Here's your chance to show that your culinary skills are NO BOLOGNA! (well...sort of...) Judging for the Recipe Contest will be on Friday night of the Fest and the winner will be determined BY YOU...Bologna Fest participants!

- Ice Carving Contest
- 3 teams of 2 students from the Culinary Arts Department of the Lebanon County Career and Technology Center square off in a contest in carving skills! The theme must be "Rotary and Winter". The contest will end at 2:00 on Saturday, at which time the sculptures will be judged. The panel of judges will be the three Lebanon County Commissioners: Bob Phillips, Bill Ames and JoEllen Litz who is a Rotarian in the Northern Lebanon Rotary Club!
